I'm using Made to renovate both my Master Bathroom and the Kids' Jack and Jill Bathroom. Right now, we are through the design phase and the team at Made has been a joy to work with. After agreeing to the estimate and paying the deposit, we were paired with a project manager Abby and a designer Ariel. Abby has been responsive and always gets back to my questions in a timely manner and Ariel has been a dream to work with. We have had a couple of calls and it's so fun to see the bathroom come to life from initial brainstorming to mood boards to the 3D renderings. She listens to my feedback and was so patient when both my kids joined for a design review call! She made them feel like part of the process and incorporated their suggestions. For the master bathroom, initially the floor tile I coveted was out of stock. The day after our design call, I emailed her and told her I literally woke up in the middle of the night thinking about the floor. She worked with the procurement team and was enable to ensure that the tile would be back in stock by the time the GC would be ready for it. And I'm so grateful. She was also really creative when the designs came in over budget. So far, it truly has been a delight working with the team at Made Renovation. They really have made the renovation process fun. I can't wait to continue to see our projects come to life. I just wish they could help me with the rest of the house!

Made Renovation has been an absolute dream!! I met with several contractors before finding them. No one does what these guys do! Also, the price is very comparable to the other estimates, but includes WAY more services than the others. It's so convenient to have an entire team handling every single step of the process. They have all been very open to my suggestions, and provided great insights & suggestions of their own. All of my questions have been answered clearly and promptly. I recently reviewed my renderings & am soooo excited to get started on construction. This is going to be the bathroom of my dreams! It seriously looks like something out of a magazine! Once this master bath is complete, we will definitely be using this team to renovate our guest bath! We are beyond pleased & look forward to continuing to work with Made!

Overall, we had a great experience working with Made for our bathroom renovation. The design process was very easy and we were able to work with our designer to come up with something we really loved. Made then took care of dealing with our HOA and getting all the permits and necessary paperwork. The majority of this work was done during the Covid-19 shutdown. We were very concerned how construction would take place with everyone at home, but Made worked with the contractor to make sure it was as minimally disruptive as possible. The workers were great and did a really professional job and the end results are beautiful. We did have some hiccups along the way as any renovation would have, pipes not going in the right direction, etc., but Made was very quick to find ways to resolve those issues and stayed in constant communication with us so we knew what was being done. We're looking forward to our next bathroom renovation!

Even with the challenges of working in COVID, Made Renovation did a wonderful job of designing, organizing, and getting the contractors and supplies. I highly recommend them. The contractors they got were very courteous and hard working. They did a great job and fixed anything I asked for. Made also was quick to fix any problems that arose which is a big deal with any home project like this. I've done other home projects before and have family in the home improvement business and so I can say from experience that Made is an excellent choice for a bathroom renovation! I'll post pictures soon.

It starts with scheduling a call with a Made Project Consultant to walk you through our process, answering a few questions about your current bathroom and renovation goals, and then you will receive a detailed, all-inclusive estimate. After learning about your goals, our dedicated team of interior designers will generate mood boards and 3D models for your approval before moving on to permitting, material procurement and construction with a Made-Certified General Contractor.
