We have fond memories of working with Cisco and the beautiful new addition to our home added a touch of class as well as it blended into our traditional Rockridge Bungalow. Cisco's attention to detail and his warm, professional nature was not something we had experienced in others who attempted to do our project. I had over 700 feet, the second level to my home that I was doing a addition/remodel with. BUILT STUDIO did a great job working my City building department. After the initial,plans were submitted..who knew my City now required "full earthquake retrofit to the entire house?"-- Ugh!-- but what can you do? I went back to BUILT STUDIO and they were very flexible and promptly in making the necessary changes, and they offered some additional suggestions that I hadn't even thought of. THIS is an area that you need someone with experience and a view to not only the big picture, but also the small details. BUILT STUDIO's can be the resource you need.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both hourly and flat rates that are not to exceed. If the project is fairly large or will take more than three months, a percentage of construction costs will be quoted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An email or telephone conversation begins the process. Once general details are provided, a physical meeting occurs at the job site. Photos are taken and initial site survey is assessed. Clients are provided with a quote of the job within two days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all been educated in design from the California College of the Arts under Bachelor of Architecture.
