This is our first time renovating anything, and it showed; we had no idea what we were doing and almost made some really bad financial decisions as a result. Noe was invaluable. He was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and extremely patient as we flip-flopped for weeks about materials and budget. Noe’s also well-connected and knows the Bay Area well, and was able to put us in touch with companies and professionals who literally saved us thousands compared to businesses recommended by friends. If I could go to Noe every time we need something done in our home, I would. Once we finally bought the materials (again, at a fraction of the cost we expected, thanks to Noe), the actual demolition and installation were ridiculously fast. Noe was ready to start within a day of buying the materials, and the whole process took only a matter of hours. Noe had also paid attention to some design details in the kitchen that I hadn’t even noticed (like particularly weird angles and heights) until Noe built them back in the new material. I was so ready to be rid of the old tiled surface that I’d have accepted anything functional, but Noe made it look elegant and like a genuine investment in our home. Yi C. says, "We had a bathroom that needed tile installation. Carrillo responded quickly and gave us a reasonable quote. He started the job the next day. We were impressed with the quality of his work,so we asked him to do the other 2 bathrooms along with the laundry room. After the work was done, we could see a big difference before and after. The tiles were installed properly. it's like that we have 3 brand new bathrooms. We also asked him to reattach a soap dish back to a tiled wall. He was very kind and agreed to do it for a small charge. After the job was done, we asked him if he could replace our carpeted floor with LVP or laminate flooring. We were lucky that he could take the job. He took time to install LVP in the sink area and put down laminated floor in 3 rooms and stairs. The final look of the floor is great. It took 10 days to complete the project of our bathrooms and floors. During this time, he and his crews showed up 8am daily. We communicated back and forth. Carrillo listened to our need. We would definitely recommend him if anyone has the same need of the service."See more
