Introduction: While we’re new to Thumbtack, since 2016 we’ve been based out of our commercial kitchen space and showroom in the Bernal Heights neighborhood of San Francisco.
We utilize our long standing relationships with local farmers, restaurateurs, sushi chefs, purveyors, event planners, caterers and customers to provide exceptional sushi both traditional and familiar, while striving to grow and constantly push our craft. Due to the abundance of locally sourced seafood, vegetables and produce in the San Francisco Bay Area and years of experience in Michelin starred kitchen environments, we're able to craft and produce a unique level of both traditional Edomae style sushi as well as modern takes.
We curate exclusive sushi menus for private events ranging from casual to formal, in addition to providing sushi chef services to a long list of tech and finance executives.
In addition to booking with us directly, we work with event planners, estate managers, executive assistants, caterers - and ultimately for their clients to provide a wide range of high end, technically executed sushi that would otherwise be unrealistic for clients to expect from even the more prominent catering companies and personal chefs we work with.
