As we began the look for a caterer for our Wedding, we were pretty selective about someone who could create some incredible food, and add to our experience in just the right way. We knew that whoever we picked would significantly effect our big day, and be remembered for the rest of our lives.
So no pressure...right?
My wife and I have good taste, and I can honestly say that Culinary Eye Catering created one of the best meals we've ever eaten in our lives, and that meal just happened to be at our wedding!
From the moment we met John & Collins we knew they were the right choice for our day. Everyone immediately clicked, personally they are so easy to get along with. Professionally they brought beautiful flavors, plating, presentation, and a team of pros that made us look and feel like a million bucks.
There are some key things that stood out, thoughtful menu development, to the precise pre-planning, and comforting regular check-ins with us as we approached the big day.
