We did four different closets, including two U shaped closets and some irregular spaces with uneven corners. He was able to work around all of those and give us a really clean finished product that uses the full space from end to end. I mostly gave him my requirements at a high level and didn’t have to spoon feed him every detail. He came up with different designs and shelf configurations, walked me through the options, and we finalized what worked best for us. He was transparent throughout the process, showed up when he said he would, and completed the work within the timeline he originally gave me. The quality of the work is really good. I have done closets before and compared multiple options, and I felt his pricing was reasonable for the quality and level of customization. This is also very different from something like an IKEA closet because everything is built to fit the actual space. There are no awkward gaps on the sides, and even some weird corners and triangle shaped areas were finished really well. I also asked for a few modifications after we had already agreed on the original design, and he was flexible and able to accommodate them. I initially didn’t think about adding a backdrop and later decided I wanted one instead of using the wall as the back. He was able to make that change as well, and the additional cost was reasonable. We also added lighting, which costs a little more but I would definitely recommend it. It makes the finished closets look much better, and he even gave me some extra switches for the lights. Most importantly, he is a very calm, polite and easy person to work with. I have dealt with other people in this business who can be difficult or rude, and that was never the case here. There were a couple of small things along the way, which is normal with a project like this, but whenever something came up he took care of it and made sure I was satisfied with the final result. He is still growing his business and was very open about that from the beginning, but based on the quality of the work, pricing and my overall experience, I would definitely recommend him.
