Full Bio:
Will earned his bachelor's degree from Harvard College and his master's degree from Carnegie Mellon. For more than ten years, he has advised students through the college admissions process and has served as an admissions interviewer for both Harvard and Carnegie Mellon, giving him firsthand insight into what selective universities look for in applicants.
Alongside his admissions work, Will has spent 14 years in the tech industry as a Product Designer, creating software for companies including Google, Amazon, Nike, Disney, and more. Throughout his career, he has interviewed hundreds of candidates and mentored aspiring designers and engineers as they launched successful careers in tech. This experience gives him a deep understanding of how to identify potential, develop talent, and coach students to communicate their strengths with clarity and confidence.
Will has helped students earn admission to many of the nation's most selective universities, including Harvard, Yale, Princeton, MIT, Stanford, Duke, Vanderbilt, Penn, Columbia, Carnegie Mellon, the University of Chicago, UC Berkeley, and more.
Will takes a comprehensive, student-centered approach to counseling, guiding each student through a thoughtful, step-by-step process to uncover, shape, and articulate an authentic personal narrative. Rather than helping students fit a mold, he helps them understand what genuinely sets them apart and present it in a way that resonates with admissions officers.
