We currently manage commercial accounts including offices, multifamily properties, luxury short-term rentals, and 80+ cleans per month through a commercial subcontracting partner. We’re fully insured with commercial general liability and workers’ compensation. We also do house cleaning for those wondering.

I am a mom of four, having my entire house professionally cleaned was such a treat. When I walked through the door, the whole house smelled amazing, the floors were spotless and shining, and for the first time in a long time, I felt completely relaxed in my own home.What impressed me most was the attention to detail. My stove had built-up grease that I couldnt seem to remove no matter how hard I tried, and they got it looking clean again almost like new. The bathrooms were sparkling, and they were able to remove spots and grime that I had struggled with for a long time.Instead of coming home to another list of chores, I was able to simply enjoy my family. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No surprise fees—what we quote is what you pay. First-time customers receive 25% off their first recurring cleaning. We also offer referral rewards based on the size of the property referred and whether they become a customer. We pay a competitive referral reward to make your referral worth it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the property, cleaning needs, frequency, and expectations. For commercial projects, we typically schedule a walkthrough so we can see the space and provide an accurate quote. Once approved, we schedule the service, assign trained team members, and make sure the work is completed to the agreed scope. We stay in communication and follow up to make sure everything is running smoothly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional residential and commercial cleaning, including janitorial services, common areas, restrooms, kitchens, floor care, and detailed cleaning. We also train our cleaners on proper equipment use, cleaning procedures, customer service, and maintaining consistent quality standards.
