Evelyn and her daughter Karen are extremely thorough. They care about making sure they use the best cleaning supplies which is especially important if you have special pieces of furniture. Highly recommend!

They do a great job deep cleaning our apartment for us every few weeks. Karen is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend for a cleaning service in the Bay Area.

Responsiveness - responded to my text in time, and came for estimate in time. They were nice and polite, this is mostly why I give 3 stars and not less. Their estimate was very strange - $50 per hour for two person, and work up to 4 hours, but do not guarantee to finish cleaning the house in 4 hours. They said "we'll see how much we can do ...", note that my house is pretty well maintained, it was mostly just dusty, no scrubbing or heavy cleaning needed.
Punctuality - they were 1 and half an hour late.
Professionalism - Right at the house entry Evelyn said that "she is tired and not going to work, and that her daughter will work instead".
Work quality - they were very slow and not thorough at all as they claimed to be.
Value - I paid $200 for the house cleaning, as I keep my word and respect people how do service, but I felt very disappointed in the service they provided. I will not hire them again.
