- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is based on the specifics needs of our clients ... Some clients require more work and detail than others, and meeting face to face with our prospective clients allow us to customize each of our service outlines and proposals to be delivered to each individual client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After customizing the needed service outline to each client’s specifications, we would then meet with the identified crew supervisor. This meeting would set expectations, go over client’s needs, familiarize the crew with the space, and prepare for the first cleaning. After the first cleaning, a customer service rep would reach out to ensure that everything went well and we exceeded expectations, preparing for a long lasting business relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been providing high level janitorial services throughout the greater Bay Area for over 18 years. Our goal is to exceed our clients expectations on each visit, and train our crews to be as proactive as possible. The only way we grow as a company is to build on our happy client base.
