As usual, the solution to my problem was very simple and almost obvious. But Osasu quickly and efficiently fixed my printer, then took the time to explain how I could prevent the problem again and fix it myself if it should happen again.

He couldn't fix the problem with one of my printers, but he's probably right that the age of the printer is responsible for the problem, and that it wouldn't be practical to fix it. But I hoped for at least a little more life from it. (The B200 error recurred immediately).

John was extraordinary. He was knowledgeable (expert in that straightforward way that makes it all look easy). Best of all, he communicated what he was doing in a way I understood, and could replicate of I had any further problems. I'm giddy about finding a computer person I can fully trust and can turn to when I'm stuck.

If I could give him more than five stars I would. He was very pleasant to work with. He takes pride in his job. He did everything I requested with no problems. I would refer him to all of my friends and family and I will call him again in the future if I have problems. Thank you for your help today. It means a lot as I will be working from home.
