- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No fixed price, it depends on the request. Typically the 2 main factors are number of hours and number of guests. The material I bring on site depends on the location and how many people are attending the party.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I follow a simple 3 step process 1) Short conversation with the host to understand their needs, the setting & venue, their specific expectations and musical tastes. 2) If needed I can meet the host(s) in person and/or share examples of music they might like. 3) On D day I arrive ~1h in advance to set-up the equipment (speakers, lights, DJ controller, fog machine...)
