FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A detailed summary email, along with discussed resources, is included in my price. This let's you be present, learning, and asking questions during our session rather than taking notes. I also offer a concierge service for $250/month. This gives you unlimited access to me by phone, email, and text as questions come up, or you want to check in about a behavior you're working on. People who select this option reliably require fewer sessions in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free 20-minute phone consultation. I'll ask questions about your dog's behavior and describe what a training plan would look like, and you can ask me any questions you may have. I'll send you my intake form and contract (all done online - super easy) and we'll schedule a time for me to come to your home for an initial session where we'll talk through your needs and priorities. We'll have an in-depth discussion about your dog's behavior, and make recommendations that you can begin implementing immediately. You'll receive a detailed follow-up email with a custom training plan and resources after our session. From here, you can either do the training on your own, do the training along side me so you can gain confidence/skill to continue the training, or have me do the training for you. Either way, expect an educational experience for both you and your dog(s)!
