We needed to replace our failing water heater and Patrick was incredibly quick to respond! He was able to order a replacement take, coordinate delivery and installation all in one day. We were so pleased with his quick turnaround, excellent service and professionalism. He expertly handled the installation--calling in colleagues to help him lift the very large tank into position--and was very thorough in cleaning the work site and leaving things completely tidy after the job was completed. He is very courteous and personable and we felt very fortunate to have found him to help with our plumbing issues on short notice. He will be our first call the next time we have any plumbing issues in need of professional assistance!

Had Patrick come by and snake are kitchen sink last week. We had a little bit of grease buildup in the pipe and he was able to get it back up and running within a couple hours. Would highly recommend Drain Geeks if you are in the San Francisco area and need drain cleaning.

I had an emergency clog that resulted in my house flooding. I gave Drain Geeks a call because they were closely located and seemed to have good reviews. They responded quickly and arrived at my house within 30 minutes. The technician Patrick was professional, friendly, and was able to resolve the issue in under 30 minutes.
