- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very competitive rates, it is very tough to compete in the San Francisco Bay Area but with our quality workmanship and transparency we are able to charge by the job not the hour so our clients know the price before we start and there are no surprises afterwards. Our Motto "Integrity Over Income" always.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining in detail the nature of the work. Plumbing can be complex at times and many people don't understand the mechanics involved. So patience and honest plays a huge role.
