- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% on all first time customers as well as long term customers discounts on all of Plumbing projects,services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer both online & on site estimates. Based on the job we can do the job the same day if the customer agrees. We never ask for any payments until service is completed and plumbing issues resolve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
