Highly recommend - worked with Sam and the team and they do great quality work as I needed to do a panel upgrade. Plus what stood out in my experience was how thoughtful Sam was with our situation (I was without power for 3+ months due to PG&E issues). Sam was highly responsive when I needed help. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very fair. I'm honest and not here to cheat you or myself. I am willing to work with anyone as long as we get along.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would introduce myself and ask what the problem is. If it cant be solved over the phone, I schedule for a time to diagnose the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Electrical Technology Degree, along with over 15,000 hours of on the job training. I am also licensed by the CSLB, as a C-10 contractor (electrical)
