Art was quick to come to both calls, showed up fully equipped with a huge set of professional equipment to handle the various issues that showed up during work, and was able to resolve a tricky electrical issue. He was prompt and very fair with his price for the service he provided.

Art and Eugene are great at what they do and they can do a whole bunch of things as I realized while they were working on my project. What I really liked about them was that they take time to explain the problem, tell you the long term (and probably more expensive) fix and then go ahead and do the fix that you need right now to get on with your life. In my case, a whole bunch of things by my previous contractors were not done right on the outdoor electrical panel i.e. the electrical receptacles weren't water proof, the panel used to cover the outlet wasn't right and water was seeping into it. They also found out that underground electrical conduit wasn't PVC and suggested that I should get it fixed it sometime later. Overall, I'll hire them in a heartbeat and if you are looking for electricians who get shit done and within reasonable price, do yourself a favor and hire them.

Art and his team had availability way faster than expected. They arrived on time for both the estimate inspection and to do the work. He clearly communicated the costs and possible variables before starting the project. And ended up nearly spot on. He and his crew were friendly, professional and worked very quickly. Great working with Art and Eugene. They responded really fast, came on site on a very short notice (few hours) and did great job. They fixed a few lights/switches/sensors for us. Replaced all the lights -- which included a trip to the store. Upside, very focussed on doing a great job. We have very tall ceilings and they climbed up to replace lights -- also ended up cleaning up the light pendants too. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep fair prices for our quality services and installations. For Bay Area projects we charge $65/hour if job require one day or longer. My arrival fee as small as $75. Plus installation or repair time. If I am not able to fix the problem I will not charge the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking about all details prior beginning of work. Offering less complicated and more secure options. Paying attention to details.I make sure I know as much as possible about a project , and thoroughly communicate with the client to get their expectations , and let them know my thoughts on estimated length of project, as well as cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade school (electrician), university (electrical engineer ) , local experience working in big an small projects in San Francisco and Bay Area.
