Don and his team helped me install some new fixtures, outlets, and fixed a wiring problem at my home. He worked on a Sunday morning, which really was nice for my schedule.
Don and his team were absolutely fantastic in their professionalism, efficiency, the quality of their work. They got the job done quickly and I couldn't be happier with the results!
I strongly recommend Don for all of your electrical and wiring needs. Plus Don's is a super-friendly guy!

Don and his crew did superb job installing new panel for the house and bringing electrical to the code - running a new main, hammering in grounding rods, replacing flex to new conduit etc etc.
Besides, Don worked with inspectors to determine scope of wiring exposure required to get sign-off on a kitchen remodel that was done by the previous owner without permits (which turned out to be minimal - phew... we really dreaded the perspective of opening walls in the kitchen, but ended up just exposing wiring thru the outlets openings), making necessary upgrades and getting that sign-off.
It was a great experience from start to end - reasonable bid (and honoring the contact when a piece of work turned out to have been overlooked), great communication - both business and small talk, flexibility on schedule, keeping the site clean and safe, coordinating with electric company and city inspectors, getting the sign-off from inspectors, and even coming back 5 months later to finish work that seemed optional originally.
Don and his guys have great personalities, know their trade very well and stand behind their work - I cannot recommend them high enough! I'm glad that I found guys I can trust with my future projects.

We needed to a get a few pieces of wiring adjusted stemming from a bathroom renovation. Don came out quickly and did the work just a quickly (and thoroughly). Would hire again for sure.

Don and his crew were great. Everything on this job was completed well and we encountered some tactical difficulties along the way. Don's two crew members used their heads and solved the problems. It was a little pricey but being new to the San Francisco area I'm finding everything is. They did forget to haul off some removed parts even though I mentioned it several times but they did other things for me outside of the scope of the job so that seems fair! Authentic Electric is a good, solid, go-to resource for us now! I would highly recommend and definitely use again.
