- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor price of $100 per hour two hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I start with a phone conversation or text to find out what the customer needs and how I can best serve them. After that depending on the job we can do a virtual estimate with FaceTime or zoom or an on site estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
