Patrick first came to replace our flickering dimmers, and then returned a second time to replace an overly sensitive smoke alarm that had been causing us trouble. During that visit, he also helped us with a last-minute task involving a switch box and ethernet wiring, going above and beyond what was originally asked. He handled everything efficiently and with great expertise.
What really stood out was his respect for our workplace environment. Knowing that our team was in meetings, Patrick was mindful of the disruption and even offered to return at another time to test the alarms so he wouldn't interrupt anyone. That level of consideration for our schedule is rare and truly appreciated.
If you're looking for an electrician who is skilled, professional, and genuinely thoughtful, Patrick is your guy. We'll absolutely be calling him again!
