I hired Yu Electric to do work in one of my rental units. I had a partial outage. Yu was punctual and arrived at exactly 10 AM. He troubleshooted the issue trying and testing various outlets. Eventually he found the issue and fixed it quickly. They are reasonably priced, a good value and the work was very good. I will definitely use Yu Electric in the future.

Mr. Yu, was very professional and exact. He not only installed the light fixtures, he also recommended and installed a dimmer switch to control the lighting. Wonderful!
Yu was very thorough with installing two plugs next to our toilets, and went above and beyond to replace two non-functional plugs. He worked quickly and left everything very clean when he left.

Our prices are competitive and reflective of our quality of work. We offer full reassurance on our services and will provide a 1 year labor warranty (+material manufacturer warranty) to ensure that our customers are taken care of.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A job walk through to discuss/troubleshoot the customer's electrical needs and the amount of work needed to resolve an issue. An appointment will then be set up based on the customer's availability
