It was a pleasure to work with Cheri on taking portrait photos for online dating / social media. She found great places around pier 14 to take shots and suggested ideas for different poses / moving shots that turned out really well in the final photos. Cheri was also patient with me changing outfits several times which I appreciated. Thank you Cheri!

Absolutely LOVED everything about working with Cheri Tran Snaps. Not only was Cheri herself super responsive, but her team was absolutely spectacular. Cheri’s work speaks for itself, but I have to say that she definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of results and the level of communication and guidance she gave us for a last minute elopement. When I engaged her to photograph our back yard wedding, she was incredibly responsive and super easy to work with because she streamlined the whole process with Zoom, Docusign and Venmo. Additionally, she had a lot of great input on shots we should take and even suggested that we do some by the beach, which was not planned, but turned out to be our favorite spot. Her craft is in capturing the details of your event and also photographing you literally in the best light! I can not recommend her enough and we are already talking about booking her for future events! Everyone I’ve shared my album with has been asking who took the photos!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price includes my time and your edited photos. I do no charge extra for the photos after the session. You will receive the high resolution photos via email, where you can download as many times as you wish within 4 months. I do not sell additional photos or prints. You will receive the full print release for all of your edited photos. We never watermark your photos.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a $250 retainer is needed to confirm the time and date for all events and $700 deposit for weddings. Retainer includes one time/date change
What types of customers have you worked with?
80% of my clients are corporate, 20% are families and brides-to-be and their wedding coordinators/planners.
