J. Francis was very accommodating to my budget and vision for my wedding florals. He was able to communicate effectively by phone and email, and ensured details were finalized/perfected in advance of the event. I would definitely use J.Francis again for future events!

J Francis did an outstanding job creating the exact floral design my sister wanted for her wedding. The bouquets, centerpieces, and altar arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and matched the vision perfectly. The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the day. However, there were a few hiccups with the execution. While the wedding was set to start at 4 PM, the staff was still setting up the altar flowers as guests were arriving, which created some stress during the final moments. Additionally, they never returned to break down and take apart the flowers after the event, as was promised and paid for. We also didn’t receive all of the boutonnieres and flower arrangements that we had requested, likely because the staff was running out of time. Despite these issues, the quality of the floral arrangements themselves was exceptional. With better attention to timing and follow-through, J Francis has the potential to deliver a flawless service.
