like any do-it-yourselfer sometimes we get ourselves in trouble due to lack of experience. This was the case when I tried to align and adjust my mothers front door. I only made it worse and unable to close the door. Or even close to closing. With no time to spare (raining and holiday) I contacted Knock Knock. They were there within 2 hours and the tech rep was 100% professional. Within 1 hour he had undid my mess and fixed the door leaving us in a much better place.

Nick is part of the Knock Knock team were amazing. They were very responsive came on time and fixed my door without trying to upsell me but also showed me what was wrong. The workout was really great and they were so tidy afterwards and cleaned up everything I would definitely hire them again 100%.

Excellent experience working with Alex to install new kitchen faucet, install fire rated door and replace locks. Was very easy to communicate with, gave clear information about cost and scope of work and completed all work in timely manner and with high quality. Also left workplace clean when finished. Would definitely hire again.
