I had a great experience with Troy today. He clearly knows what he's doing, was very thorough, and completed the job efficiently and for a very fair price. I needed to have my granite countertop cut to accommodate a new range. He thought through all of the details, communicated with me clearly and left my kitchen so tidy.
Nick installed our gas oven range. It didn't fit perfectly so he had to cut through some of the granite countertop. Hard work and time consuming but he did a wonderful job and gave us a very fair rate. We will use him again for sure!!!!
Tom did an excellent job installing our kitchen shelf! He was very professional, thourough, clean, and came prepared with everything he might need. I would definitely hire home again!
G.O.R Construction did a fabulous job in my kitchen. I hired Gerardo to install 3" x 6" subway tiles from the countertop to the ceiling. It looks spectacular!!! He and his associate Geronimo also installed some floating shelves and pendant lights. Our kitchen has been transformed. We have received many compliments from friends and family. Gerardo and Geronimo are hard workers who take pride in what they do. Geronimo installed most of the tile with Gerardo making cuts. Geronimo is a true craftsman when working with tile. All tiles and grout lines line up perfectly. G.O.R Construction did a flawless job. I would highly recommend their services and plan on using them again.
Installed quartz countertop with tile backsplash. It was a little hard getting him to understand some things such as how to install the faucet, but job was good for the price.
I hired Marc to fix a frameless glass shower door that had slipped over time. This is a very heavy glass door that was very difficult for me to fix on my own. I tried and failed. Then I called Marc. He got in touch with me promptly and quoted me for one hour of work ($80) to fix the door. It actually took him a little longer, so he asked for $120, which I thought was fair, considering my door is larger than average and harder to fix. He worked hard, was knowledgable, and personable. $80/hour is a bit steep, but I'd probably still hire Marc for future handy work around the house. I recommend you give him a call if you need something fixed.
We couldn't be happier with the service that Lewis provided for us! He showed up on time, was professional, courteous and even wiped down the areas where he worked. And, the repair of the granite counter looks great! We will be calling him again if the need arises in the future!
I was so pleased to have the opportunity to hire Ignacio Martinez to clean, polish and seal the granite countertops and back splashes in my kitchen. He did a meticulous job and gave me some valuable information on how to continue taking good care of my granite. I will continue to use Ignacio as my granite expert and strongly recommend him to others who need this kind of work done.
Subia is doing a great jobs in granite kitchen counter top and flooring tiles, honesty and good person. My projects don't finish yet. I will give photos when it complete.
We hired Geoffrey to do many things around our house both inside and out. He trimmed trees, an oleander hedge and many run away shrubs. We had him repair and replace about 40 feet of fence and a gate that was attached to it. Inside he repaired some joints on our granite kitchen counter and completely cleaned and sealed it. He also cleaned and repaired and sealed out kitchen/living room/dining room tile. The biggest job was to remove a pool shed that was about to fall down and to rebuild it from the foundation. He was efficient, timely, his communication was good, and the price was definitely right.
I hired Sean to build a custom pantry for our condo. He did a phenomenal job! I had lots of ideas to try to incorporate and Sean did a great job of figuring it all out in a way that would work and offered great information and suggestions along the way. We also decided to have a custom made countertop added and Sean built that himself and it turned out great as well. He is a good problem solver, good with email and phone communication, and fantastic carpenter. Everything fit perfectly in the small space and we are really thrilled with the results. Would def use Sean again for any custom cabinet needs.
Jean Luc remodelled our bathroom 3 years ago and we still love it. He is a real artist and was a huge help to us in making decisions. He was invaluable when it came to picking a color for the walls, building and tiling a new shower, puting in the floor and baseboard. Everything about the experience was good. He worked hard, had good people with him when needed. He helped us think about things that we hadn't. We would hire him again in a minute if we need a contractor. Maureen
Herve was right there when I needed him. We had the unfortunate experience of a sewage spill from our downstairs bathroom. Once it was cleaned up, he was able to jump right in and start the reconstruction. He replaced the floors, the walls and made it look even better than it was before. He was always available to answer questions which helped me during the process. I recommend Herve to work on anything you may need for your home. He is always on time, fair to the pocket book, and with AWESOME results.
I could not have been happier with Jim and his team. They installed a new wall (including installing the baseboard and crown moulding), retiled my entire bathroom (floor and shower stall), retiled my kitchen floor, and installed the backsplash in the kitchen. Also, they demo'd and prepped my kitchen countertops and then hookedup all the appliances after the countertops were put in. The ONLY reason that I didn't have Jim do the countertops as well is that I had to go with a full slab of Marble, and I had to go with someone who could do the fabrication.. Otherwise, I would have had Jim and his crew do everything. Start to finish the project was about a month, but keep in mind this is only because I changed my mind to go with a full slab midway through the project. Otherwise, it would have been about a week start to finish. All three projects turned out better than I could have hoped. There were a couple unforeseen events - typical of any construction project (ie, the change to full slab of marble, and my want to have a custom shower handle). Jim took care of everything immediately and professionally. He was completely upfront about any additional costs (since I changed my mind after the initial quote, this was not a surprise) and let me make the decision. There were no surprise bills at any point in the project which was a refreshing change from previous contractors I have used. Besides the construction skillset - Jim is a really nice guy. He's extremely honest, fair and responsive. He replied to countless emails and texts from me throughout the entire project. He showed up every day on time and worked efficiently and effectively. The same is true for the 3 guys on Jim's crew who worked on the projects. I would strongly recommend Jim and his crew to anyone wanting a quality job done by someone they can trust at a fair and honest price.
Raul with ESD Stone and Tile did a countertop repair and cleaned up some tile work in my bathrooms. He was flexible with my schedule, had competitive pricing, and completed the job on time and to my satisfaction. I would definitely use him again in the future if I needed stone or tile work.
The severely broken granite now looks like new.
We had our granite kitchen countertops fabricated by Imperial. Everyone & everything about Imperial is great! From Jeanne, to Rick, to Val, to Eli, to the installers...service was absolutely wonderful! We would be considered as a high maintenance customer (sorry guys!)...we couldn't make up our minds, and once we did, we changed our minds. They had to pull off our stone from production (almost twice!) because of our indecisiveness. All throughout the process, they were all so patient and understanding. They made recommendations to better assist us in making the "right" decision, and really took the time to help us understand different areas of the process. They tried multiple possibilities to try and achieve what we wanted (which turned out to be impossible...again, high-maintenance!!), but I appreciate that they went so out of their way to try every way possible to give us what we wanted. They have a very clean and professional fabrication area, with the newest stone cutting and edging machines. We had a chance to see it in action. They have a small lot of granite to choose from, but they work with a large stone importer, so the selection is endless. They are also authorized to do Caesartone, Zodiac, Silestone, etc.... The templating and installation was perfect, and very professional. Rick did an awesome job with the template. The installers installed our countertops in about 2-3 hrs, and everything went smooth. The under-mount sink and faucet holes where perfectly placed. There was a small chip on the granite (bar counter), but they where able to repair it, and it looks good as new. I would highly recommend them for service alone. But after we had our countertops installed, I can also recommend them for the quality of their workmanship! The countertops are finally in and they look great! They also gave us an awesome price. Thanks to everyone @ Imperial, especially Jeanne!
We hired Adam to replace an exterior door and install a screen door at our house in San Francisco. He was knowledgeable and did a solid, professional job on the installation. He also worked with us on a tight timeline which we really appreciated. I would definitely hire Adam again and I would recommend him to others.
I hired Team Euro to remodel my newly purchased one bedroom, one bathroom condo. After a discussion with Willem, I thought I had budgeted for them to completely redo everything except the window coverings: gut and replace everything in the kitchen and bath, remove the carpet and replace with hardwood flooring, paint the walls, replace the closet doors, and do many other necessary repairs or replacements. The end result is exactly as I wanted. However it took six plus months, when seemed too long. And the budget was exceeded. There were many positives besides the end result. This crew was not only friendly, but talented and always kept the work site neat and clean.
