I hired Francisco for a unit expansion project in San Francisco. Building anything in San Francisco can be very challenging and frustrating and you need someone who can navigate the various city agencies and your neighborhood with both calmness and street smarts. Francisco is the guy you want on your side when you run into challenges as he is able to craft solutions and generate consensus.
He is very well regarded and has great relationships at the planning department which is critical in getting your plans approved with as few headaches as possible. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
