FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• I charge $75 an hour, although for some jobs I'll quote a flat fee. • I may request more information from you before I send an hourly estimate or flat rate quote. • Jobs with more parts, faster turnaround times or more rounds of revisions cost proportionally more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• I like to begin by chatting with you on the phone—it's a more foolproof method than email for figuring out what you need in more detail. • After you give me a good idea of what you're looking for, I'll get right back to you with a quote. • If you accept the quote, we'll set up a schedule for the work, and you'll send me any text or images you need included. • I'll send you an agreed-upon number of preliminary designs. • We'll chat about them by phone or email, and you'll give me edits or changes. • You'll pick one design, and we'll go through an agreed-upon number of revisions. • I'll send you final artwork. Success!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
