FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have standard pricing. For 2016 weddings and 2017 weddings where Bride's inquire in 2016, we're giving options for Brides to either choose a more "natural" makeup style or a more detailed, elaborate style. Same goes for the hair. This choice is based on the various styles the client can choose and how much time we as service providers know it'll take us. For example: Updo $150, Hair Down $125. Our intention is to have affordable prices so your entire bridal party and family have access and participate in the pampering with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new customers, it's like meeting anyone you're going to be working with for the first time: it's exciting, inspiring, fun, and creative. I like to get know: her personality, her comfort levels and concerns in terms of daily makeup styling, her vision for the event, and much more like this to better understand her as a person. Once you know "who" you're working with, you can make recommendations based on her preferences. I love that aspect of my job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In our industry the possibilities are limitless. I attend makeup, skincare, and hair expo's and seminars to gain access to cutting edge technique and products. I am a tutorial "junkie" where I am constantly researching new technique online, it's incredible how it's at your fingertips unlike ever before. It's incredibly inspiring. I work with top industry leaders on a one on one basis for specialized training. I read a lot online, I love to see what beauty editors are saying about new things. All of this knowledge and experience, I personally extend that to my team in the form of: one on one training's, group training's, as well as model demonstrations and hands on practice on a regular basis. Education is very important to us.
