I contacted Rubio by text, and he responded immediately and even came right away.
He did a great job reconnecting my pipes to stop water leakage. I also had him do other tasks in the house. Rubio is very easy to work with. Will definitely use him again.

Be careful of Franklin Rubio. His wife and he came to my rental property and gave me an estimate for labor only $37,000.00. I was taken aback. Another handyman came and agreed to do the whole house repair with labor labor-only charge of $3,700.00. How did Franklin Rubio calculate the price of $37,000.00 is mind-boggling. All of you who would like to consider him for a project, think twice. He is overpriced. Thank God that I was patient and did my shop around. I saved myself $30,000.00. I will never recommend Franklin Rubio and I will never hire him.
