I recently bought an old Victorian, with its original, rope and pulley windows from the early 1900s. I wanted to get them serviced and had a lot of trouble finding someone who would do the job for a reasonable price. Dmitry responded to my Thumbtack listing and he’s been great! Very knowledgeable about the old hardware and mechanics, easy to schedule and offers reasonable pricing. I’ve already recommended him to my downstairs neighbors and would absolutely recommend him to anyone else with an old house that needs repairs!
