Dmitry responded instantly to my request and was accommodating to my time. He was very careful with the belongings while checking the leak. He repaired and sealed the leak around the window. He took before and after pictures to show his work. Would call him again for any future window issues.

I was visiting my Mother and staying in a room they don't use. During the rainstorm, I noticed a profuse window leak into the room. I called Anderson to get a quote for a new window and they wanted seven thousand dollars. For a bedroom window. I took a look outside and I saw cracked caulking, so I found and contacted Dmitry based on his great reviews. I was only in town two more days so I needed to take care of this ASAP. After sending pics, He came out the next day, on time and fixed it in 1.5 hours. His price was lightyears better than Anderson, and he offers a 5 year warranty. I was able to fly home with the peace of mind knowing the window was repaired properly. I cannot say enough great things about Dmitry. We will definitely call him again when we need him.
