Pavel just completed an emergency repair for me on two windows in my Victorian that weren’t opening or closing properly. He came over promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed both windows on the spot.
While he was here, I also asked him to take a look at my pocket doors, which weren’t working properly. He took a look, figured out the issue, and went right to work on them. They work great now.
Pavel was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what had gone wrong and the corrective work he was doing. Professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced with older homes. I really appreciated his quick response and quality of work. Highly recommend Pavel!
