Benny & his crew of polite men where so efficient and accommodating. They repaired and re-finished my engineered hardwood with quality BONA super matte top coat product. They even moved my large furniture and placed it back exactly how I wanted. Benny responded quickly to my request on this Tumbtak app. He gave me options for repair, which I was very excited to hear. Benny has much knowledge on wood floor repairs. Other contractors gave me no other options other than replace which was a huge cost. My floors suffered a water leak in kitchen/family room combo and my puppy damaged other areas. None of these problems seem to worry Benny. I’m so happy with the results and recommend Benny & his crew. Benny high energy personality is fun to work with. Thank you all for my renewed beautiful wood floors.

Benny is finishing up my hardwood floors today, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. I called Benny on Thursday to give an estimate for refinishing the 100 year old hardwood floors in my new home, and his team began the work on Monday morning, finishing Wednesday afternoon. They filled gaps and holes in the floor, as well as replaced two boards that had been warped and lifted for some time. I will definitely recommend B&K to everyone I know, and hope to hire them again in the future when the need arises.

I am extremely disappointed with the durability of my newly refinished hardwood floors. Before the work began, the contractor knew I had dogs and never discussed different finish options or explained that the standard finish might not be the best choice for a home with pets. I was simply told I would have a natural-looking finish.
Less than a month after the project was completed, the floors already have multiple issues: visible scratches, a small water stain, and now a permanent-looking urine stain from a single overnight dog accident. I’ve lived with hardwood floors and dogs for decades and have never had one accident cause this kind of damage.
Had I been informed that there were more durable finish options available, such as a higher-traffic commercial-grade finish, I would have gladly paid the additional cost. Instead, I was never given the choice.
For the amount of money spent, I expected a finish that would hold up much better under normal household use. The appearance was nice initially, but the lack of durability and the failure to discuss finish options have left me very disappointed.
