- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge $100for an approximately 1 hour session.ately 45 minute session. I donate 50% net revenue 50% to women's rights causes. As an incentive to write me a review I will refund $10 if you write a review for my services. I am not particularly interested in making money, I just wish to share my healing gift with those in need of healing. No one will be denied treatment for lack of funds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet in my home in Noe Valley or if you are more comfortable with a public place or park such as the Noe Valley Town Square on 24th Street. After introductions, I start by listening to your description of your problem. I try to understand when it started, how it manifests and what other treatments or method you have used. I ask you about what has and has not worked in the past. I will ask you to set an intention for the session. After gaining some understanding of your problem we will get into a comfortable position where I can place my hands on or hovering just above the affected area(s). I breath slowly and deeply as I get in touch with the energy flowing through my hands and through you body. I encourage you to breathe slowly and deeply with me and to direct your bodies own healing energy to the affected area(s). I will sense any disturbance in the energy caused by you pain or discomfort. I will try to coordinate our breathing so that our energies are in synch. Thus we cooperate in the healing process. As we work I attempt to smooth out the energy flow through the area of your body. I will ask you about any changes in the sensation and whether the discomfort is changing or moving. After a while, you will sense that the discomfort has diminished or disappeared. If it has not diminished significantly we will keep working. Toward the end of the session we will gently close the open channels and you will be ready to return to your normal consciousness refreshed and renewed. I will ask for your feedback and make suggestions for further healing exercises you can do yourself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied and practiced Tai Chi for 45 years. I am a Vipassana meditator and a have Level 2 Reiki training. These life experiences, together with my study of Quantum Touch, have gifted me with the ability to help others heal themselves. I am keenly aware of my own chi--life force energy--and this sensitivity makes me aware of that energy in others. Being aware of life energy in myself and others allows me to help channel and direct energy flows in a healing manner.
