The fastest method is via "Energy Work". So, I like to start there because it doesn't require any work on your part - You don't have to do anything, except lay down and relax. I do all the work.
But it doesn't matter where you start (#1, 2, 3 or 4 above) because one will lead to another. People just need to start somewhere. Wherever you are in your journey, I'll work with you to help you connect all the dots.
When I do Energy Healing, I combine several techniques. Everyone who I've worked with has seen positive results, even skeptics. I do sessions in-person in San Francisco, but I can also do them from afar.
(I do *NOT* provide massages, acupuncture, cupping, stretching, reflexology, or any *physical* deep-tissue work - However, I can help you achieve the same outcome - like eliminating/reducing physical pain, tightness, stress/anxiety, depression, trauma, remove blockages, reverse physical conditions, diseases, etc.)

The results have been surreal. Many symptoms/conditions can be eliminated or drastically reduced in 1 session. Depending on the severity though, it could take multiple sessions. Regular sessions would be required for conditions like cancer, Parkinson's disease, osteoarthritis, autoimmune diseases, etc). I still can't believe this stuff works, but it does every day - otherwise, I would not have left my Software Sales job(18+ years in the corporate world) in 2019. When I saw that energy work could help resolve problems that western medicine couldn't, it was impossible for me to continue selling software.
