If you opt for monthly cleaning services, the company provides a 10% discount on the total service cost. For those who choose a bi-weekly cleaning service, the discount increases to 15%. And for those who prefer a weekly cleaning schedule, the discount is 20%. Thus, the more frequent the cleaning service, the higher the discount offered. The frequency can be adjusted according to your needs, whether it be monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly, ensuring your home or workplace stays clean while also reducing the cost based on the chosen frequency. Cancellation policy 1. Advance Cancellation: We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to reschedule our team efficiently. Cancellations or reschedules within this timeframe will not incur any charges. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a $45.00 fee. This fee compensates for logistical costs and missed scheduling opportunities. 3. No-Show or On-Site Cancellation: If the client is not present at the scheduled time or cancels upon the team’s arrival, a $45.00 fee will be charged. 4. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, we will review the situation individually to ensure a fair approach.
