- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take cooking classes all taking one in New Orleans in October.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a neat freak even as a child. My mom would laugh because i would do everything most parents should/would do. I was her personal butler (lol) I loved cooking at an early age, making my first lasanga at the age of 13. then started switching it up an made my first lasagna with shrimp instead of meat which everyone loved.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal Valet type work, booking travel for clients an cooking for them especially during the holidays an keeping their homes organized an supplies replenished as they need to be, shopping for clients for gifts for various occasions as well.
