I had a pretty poor experience with the cleaners that were sent. They: * didn't wipe down the kitchen counters, as they were still dusty and dirty * didn't clean the windows properly as the windowsills were still very dirty * they left the apartment before I could follow-up on items that weren't completed * were very unhelpful, generally speaking, and it was a huge chore to give them instructions on how to do their job Those were just a couple of examples of the bad job they did. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Before I begin a new project, I like to personally contact my new customers to understand their needs. Our team is available to do an in-person or virtual "walk through" of the area of interest and discuss the details of the project. Once hired, we send a confirmation email detailing the type of service, time and date of service, and contact information for the team members coming to perform the service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Cleanliness is a family value, it's a value that has been passed down for generations. Cleaning house is what I'm good at. I needed a job that would fit my needs.
