Communication issues made this a disappointing experience. From my perspective, I had scheduled a 2pm appointment. I called at 2:15pm and 2:35pm to find out where the cleaners were, and did not receive a response until 2:59pm -- letting me know that they were running late & were on their way. In the last phone call I learned that from NoSpot's perspective, they had scheduled a 2-3pm arrival. This was not clearly communicated, and this miscommunication is the source of my frustration. A couple of suggestions for improvements: - When clients make appointments, clarify that they're scheduling an arrival window – NOT a specific time. (Specifically: saying "We have availability on Monday, May 21st between 2:00/3:00 pm." makes it sound like an either/or option, or a maximum 60 minute cleaning -- it does not sound like a 1-hour possible arrival window) - If cleaners are going to be arriving late -- proactively let your clients know. We always provide a one hour window for the arrival of our teams, just in case there are any delays throughout the day (ex: traffic, accidents, etc.). I apologize that this was not made clear to you at the time of making the appointment, and I am currently working on this to prevent it from happening again with any of our clients.
