- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand how costly and time consuming managing expenses are for a household or business. I'm committed to offering some of the most competitive rates around. No matter what services you are looking for, I'm willing to work one on one with you to create a customized plan that will meet those needs, within your budget. That's why weekly regular clients receive a 12% discount, bi-weekly regulars receive a 10% discount, and monthly regulars receive a 6% discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If there is any hesitation in scheduling your appoint, feel free to reach out prior to booking via text or email for the fastest response (Available 24/7), or give me a call and leave a voicemail with your requests (Available between 12pm-9pm). After your appointments been made, you will receive a confirmation message that may be followed up with any outstanding questions related to your appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Majority of my education and training in this field of work has been on the job or knowledge acquired from family. My understanding of food and safety standards, acquired through my experience in the food industry, has been especially important to my practice, as the kitchen tends to be a common area of service. My knowledge of health and safety best practices for children under the age of 5, is an area I'm most passionate about- especially in family homes with children, and was learned through previous experience as a preschool teacher. I have an understanding of OSHA compliance practices because of my store management experience, and vital to my overall safety on the job, as well as the framework of this practice.
