NoSpot Cleaning made it an incredible experience for me. I was doubting in the beginning about them because they had the highest price out of my other options. But I chose them because of their incredible comments. Something very important that caught my attention was that they were very attentive to all my instructions. Im a very busy woman and scheduled a time that would work for me. I asked for a certain time and they were there few minutes earlier than what I had scheduled, that is very important for me. They have an amazing team, very detailed in every aspect. One of my favorite things they did was create animal figures with the towels; it was so creative and nice decoration for the bathroom. They also reorganized all my personal things; makeup, hair brushes, lotions etc. In general all the cleaning that was done was excellent. I wasn't thinking of hiring and on going service, but after the results I decided to have them come every week. I don't think they have anything to work on because they do everything very professional.

Throughout the entire process (from initial quote/communication to the post-cleaning followup) Joaquin was great -- he was very communicative and very professional. He and I were easily able to find a date and time that worked for both of us regarding the initial in-person quote and the cleaning itself (finding time can be hard with different schedules, but Joaquin was very flexible!). On the day of the cleaning, they were running a bit late (~30 minutes), but Joaquin was very good about communicating this to me and was incredibly willing to discount the cleaning a bit to make up for lost time. I greatly appreciated this because it showed that they valued and respected my time. Regarding the cleaning itself -- WOW. My apartment has never looked cleaner. I always thought I kept the apartment fairly clean, but now it looks spotless and I am incredibly happy with the result. BIG thanks to the team! I will definitely be using your services again in the near future :)

We hired No Spot for a move in cleaning. We were very concerned about the prior owners' cats as we have significant allergies. No Spot was super detailed and thorough in cleaning the new house. They kept in contact with us throughout the day. We were very happy with the cleaning. They were also transparent and believable about the cost and kept to the estimate. Others companies had lowballed the job and didn't seem believable with the thoroughness we were asking.

If you wish to establish an on-going service, the services will be switched to a flat rate instead of by the hourly rate.
