- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We stand behind the price we quote. We typically think of pricing as a function of the number of rooms we clean and we are flexible if you don't want the whole place cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like having a quick phone call for the customer to give me any remaining details so I can confirm exactly what the job will cost and when we will be there. Typically it takes it no more than 5 minutes. After that, the job is scheduled and we typically communicate through Thumbtack. Unlike a lot of cleaners, we're open and willing to do same-day service.
