Introduction: We provide full-service architectural and design services with an emphasis on problem solving and green building (including furniture).
We are owned and operated by Nick Palter, a California licensed architect, and Patti Donzelli, an interior designer and an associate member of the American Institute of Architects.
Although both have worked in many areas of architectural design, including high and mid-rise mixed use buildings, they both have an affinity for residential housing.
We provide creative solutions you want to live with over time!

Patti is all about ACTION, and she is awesome to work with.
Not only did Patti immediately contact me after I posted a request for help with a fairly small project, but she set up an appointment to meet with me the next day, and she set right to work giving me specific direction.
During the initial consultation, I told her I was anxious about purchasing the perfect sofa sectional, since it was going be a focal point of our main room. She gave me exact measurements for the piece and excellent guidance regarding the best fabric choice for our space. She also gave me exact measurements for the area rug I needed to buy, and later e-mailed me links to companies she suggested. In fact, Patti responded to several texts and e-mails as I did my shopping, which was fabulous! Patti's initial consultation also consisted of overall guidance for my art arrangements, which involved several pro tips that I would never have figured out without her.
In short, Patti gave me top-notch attention despite my low budget. I was thrilled. I'm still working with her on my little project, and can't wait until I have a house so I can get her expert help with BIG projects!
