- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• Remote support is charged in 15 minute increments • On-site support is $100/hr and I do not charge travel fees • An on-site network consultation if free (wiring, Wi-fi, security cameras, speakers, TV, etc)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my clients first to see what their needs are. Very often we're able to fix the issue over the phone. If not, we can make an appointment for an on-site visit.
