- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding what the client wants and needs for their event. What is the purpose of the event? What is your style? How will the event space be set up? Are there any dietary restrictions to accommodate? We then work to create a menu that is varied, delicious, healthy, abundant and that meets your budget. We have three decades of experience catering events and our clients benefit from this expertise. The goal is to make it easy and enjoyable for you to host an event. Your guests will be impressed with the food and leave happy and full. We are known for being easy to work with and delivering above and beyond quality and service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Gabriele hails from Cremona, in northern Italy, and has been in the food business for over 40 years in Italy, Germany, France and England before starting his business with his wife, Barbara, in San Francisco. He has worked and trained in some of the top restaurants and clubs in the world. His love of good food, good wine and good people is evident in every event we cater.

Our clients are as diverse as they are numerous. They include U.S. Court of Appeals - Ninth Circuit, International Womens Forum, SPUR, California Pacific Medical Center, KALW, University of San Francisco, The San Francisco Public Library, UC-Hastings, San Francisco Superior Court, The Bar Association of San Francisco, Catharine Clark Gallery, Live Oak School, many law firms, banks, architecture firms, tech companies and hundreds of private companies and individuals.
