- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Junk removal: Starting price at $129.00 for residential and for business. it goes up depending on amount of junk and labor required to remove.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer is looking for Junk Removal. we ask them the type of material. if it is a business or residential pick up. we can give them a quote over the phone if the prospect has only a few items such as a stove, or couch etc. Large quantity of junk we come to the property of an Onsite service assessment and quote. at the time of the estimate if we agree to the rate we can pick up and do the clean up right away..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Baypro is a family owned and operated business. we have been in the industry since 2005, We all have extensive background and experience. We are very professional in what we do. if we encounter a job or task we can't do, we will deny the service. Our top priority is professional service and safety.
