I could not be more satisfied with the level of service I received from Mitchell and Direction Junk Removal!! From scheduling to completion, the process was seamless. Mitchell promptly responded to my inquiry, allowed me to schedule weeks in advance (while other companies would not), charged fair pricing, arrived on time, and was careful when removing large items from my parents' home. He and his colleague were also incredibly warm and friendly, and made the process enjoyable. I highly recommend Direction for any junk removal services you might need!

We had such a great experience with Direction Junk Removal! They responded immediately to our request, thoroughly explained the process and the charges, scheduled us for the day and time we wanted, arrived promptly and did a fantastic job with the removal and clean out. Mitch and his team provide quality working, incredibly quick, and very a very fair price. They even came outside of business hours because my request was urged. Happy I came across this company, will definitely be working with them again as needed
