Burak was AMAZING- we were picked up accordingly at San Francisco Airport, he gave us a FULL tour of the city including many city views, overlook views, Golden Gate, ocean views, and many more. He was so accommodating for our needs; food, bathroom, quick tourist shop. His driving was wonderful! We had no idea what to expect as we are traveling from Iowa to California for the first time and He made our experience wonderful!

We’re very blessed to have found him and will continue to use him in the future for any and all of our transportation needs whether it’s a trip to Napa out to dinner or to the airport. His level of professionalism and punctuality is second to none, he kept us on time and on track to our appointments. The vehicle was crisp and clean. We look forward to using him in the future.
During our winetasting trip to Napa, the weather was horrible. Pouring rain yet. We felt completely safe as he was a very safe driver. Nothing but a great experience.

The service we had with Elite VIP Transportation was incredible. Mine friends and I were headed for a night out and didn't want to have to deal with uber's and elite gave us an amazing price. Our driver was on time, the vehicle was comfy and clean, and it was an overall smooth experience. I will definitely rent from them again.

Barak was the most proactive in bidding for my transportation needs. Through our conversations on Thumbtack, text, and email, he was very professional, polite, and responsive.
