What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is custom. The price depends on the vehicle, the number of hours, the date (Saturdays and wedding and prom season are busiest) and the distance for airport or point-to-point rides. A 20% gratuity is added and shown on your bill, so there are no surprise charges at the end. Airport pickups include 40 minutes of free waiting from your flight's actual arrival time. Other pickups include 15 minutes. Extra stops are added to the fare, and we list them in your quote. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us your date, pickup time, addresses and group size. 2) We send a clear quote, usually within 15 to 30 minutes. 3) You confirm and pay through a secure online link. 4) On the day, your chauffeur arrives on time. For SFO, OAK and SJC pickups, share your flight number. Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal, helps with your luggage, and the pickup follows your actual arrival time.

We've been driving people around the Bay Area since 2013, and that experience is our best training. Our chauffeurs know the airports, the traffic patterns and the fastest routes at every hour.
