I specialize in deep tissue and Swedish massage, and I love to work with clients on specific areas of pain/tension that they want to address.
Along with deep tissue and Swedish modalities, I am trained in pregnancy and hot stone massage, shiatsu, and acupressure.
I also have a great deal of experience in providing chair massage in various business settings.
